Had the TV for three days and it just quit working. Amazon was great, they shipped me another one right away. But the problem is, this TV is bad! I live in the Tampa area, I stood outside with a better antenna than what the TV came with and still could not pick up hardly any staions. Volume at its max is not very loud and the battery does not hold a charge for more than 45 minutes. Bottom line, the whole purpose of a portable television is to be able to pick up stations. If the TV cannot do that then it is not worth buying.

Unless your willing to shell out some more dough for an additional (better) antenna, than don’t buy this. I never bought the antenna, but I might get 3 choppy stations if Im lucky, all channels break up so often, I cant watch anything. Bad purchase, now I know better.

Purchased this for storm backup and as a tv to watch while exercising. What I received was a total piece of junk! The supplied antenna has a short at the connector to the tv. Purchased another antenna from WalMart. After several attempts to connect the coax to the tv, finally got the new antenna hooked up. Scanned and got a grand total of 4 stations; 3 Mexican and 1 VHS. Even these tended to pixel and if I touched front of the tv on the top left hand side, which is also where the antenna cable is connected, the screen would go blank. Not to be undone, I then attached the tv directly to an antenna mounted in the attic used for emergencies. This antenna on our main tv picks up not only all local stations, but also gets them in HiDef. After hooking the Viore up to the main antenna and rescanning, the unit only identified 2 channels. And they were not clear! OK, I was using this for exercise entertainment, so let’s forget about the storm usage and hook directly to the cable. Yup, you guessed it. Showed it picked up over 300 channels, but could not get any of them to come up on the screen. We have 2 different cable feeds; one for extended digital and another for standard cable. Tried both and still can’t get a picture! Cannot believe Amazon continues to sell this tv. Not only that, but I paid less than $90 and now they are selling it for over $100. Only good thing I guess I can say, and this may be premature, is that Amazon will take it back and refund my money. I will go to the local stores and shop for my next one, insure it is easy to setup and see it work before purchasing.
My advise is “Buyer Beware”. If you buy it, good luck!

Product came and looked great. Very slick. I could NOT get a signal anywhere. In my Apt., outside, in the park or in the suburbs at my in-laws. It was a gift for my father-in-law for his kitchen, but not so much since it didn’t work. Returned it and need to find another present.

Works great when on a cable input-Hardly works at all with supplied external antenna-one, maybe two channels.
