The TV doesn’t pick up all the digital channels that my other TV(with a converter box) does.
I am not real happy with this purchase.

i got this T.V. because i didnt want to spend a lot of money and i needed an HDTV for my ps3. first off FEDEX SUCKS. they were used over ups which was there first mistake. The controller for the TV is cheap as hell. i will prob get a universal remote. When i hooked up the cable i was surprised to have HD channels but it was confussing with the 51.1’s n such. channel surfing is really hard because it takes around 2 seconds for the picture to appear so that’s a huge negative. the sound is alright… really easy to switch from video to tv mode which is a plus.the picture was amazing for my ps3. couldn’t ask for anything better. so if ur looking for a gaming tv this is the tv for you, if your looking for a tv to watch channels on.. not so great

I wanted to replace a small TV in my home office and also wanted to get a bigger monitor. This fit the bill. The only problem I had was in setting up the monitor for TV, I needed to buy a cable that didn’t come with it and wasn’t mentioned in any of the descriptions. Not only did I have to go out and get it but I needed to buy the expensive one because it was over an over 17″ screen. If I had known I’m sure I could have found one on Amazon to be delivered with the TV and at a lower cost than going to my local Office Depot ($40) but I was in a hurry to set it up. So what I thought was a very good buy now is just an ‘okay’ deal. All in all it serves the purpose. The only complaint is that it’s very slow going between modes but I can live with that.

I received my LCD for my little girl and the product did not work at all. I understand that this happens. The thing I didn’t like was that I had to go to a UPS store and ship them back the T.V. and then wait for them to receive it before they sent me a new one. That in my opinion was really unprofessional of them. I had that happen before with an Olevia LCD TV. They sent me new one first and pick up the broken one at my door. Now that’s service. I will never buy another product from JR Electronics again. As for the TV is works and it was cheap. Then again it is good enough for my 6 year old.
